A Gotya. A Panda. A Tingya. A Golu. A Chintu.
Sounds weird? Maybe. Feels judgmental? Definitely.
But to the ones using them, these names make perfect sense.

We’ve all had one—the dorm name, the childhood nickname, the identity that sticks even when no one remembers our actual name. It’s personal. It’s real. It’s how we bond.

It reminds us of how we belong and what we bring to the group.

Work isn’t any different.

We already do it—there’s always a ‘Guru’ who knows it all, a ‘Rajdhani’ who’s always late, a ‘Dabba’ who never shares his food, and a ‘Boss’ (who isn’t the actual boss but behaves like one).

So we decided to make it official.

Every teammate at Yuktee now has an official nickname. And we’ll use them, proudly.

Why? Because nicknames = friendships. And at work, genuine friendships build real teams.
