Sandvik’s sales teams often noticed something troubling—competitors’ customer magazines placed on their customers’ tables.
Sometimes, customers even asked, “Where’s Sandvik’s?” The challenge wasn’t intent – it was resources. We stepped in and took complete ownership: building consensus with global communications teams, meeting Sandvik’s customers, service, and sales teams, gathering real stories, shaping the positioning, and designing the magazine. The subsequent work – brochures, and newsletters – all made it to top of Customer’s tables – Sandvik’s team has confirmed and thanked.
