The year 2019 was to be Fine Handling’s 4th participation as an Exhibitor in Imtex. Nilesh – the young and dynamic MD of Fine Handling & Automation had booked a Booth that was two times bigger in area, as compared to previous years. Imtex is one of the most expensive exhibitions in the world. And Nilesh was certainly betting big on the show.
But there were some concerns. For the huge investments he was making, Nilesh wanted to be sure of the returns. In the previous years, Fine Handling’s booth had received sort of an unpredictable response with 300-500 serious visitors.
Leveraging the experience of working as an engineer in Germany, Nilesh has developed a very strong and high quality line of solutions for the Automotive and general manufacturing industries. Held once every two years, Imtex presented the best opportunity to showcase these beautiful innovations developed by Fine Handling to the customers.
Relatively new sales team
No dedicated resource to spare for monitoring Expo activities
The need to create detail and high-quality collateral for newly developed products
Lack of Nilesh’s personal bandwidth to look into details that decide the success of the show
“We will handle it”
That was incidentally what we said to each other.
Yes! With inputs from Nilesh, Yuktee’s team designed a theme for the Imtex show – “We will handle it”
With the promise that “We Will Handle Imtex 2019” with his team on an end-to-end basis.
Yuktee took up the challenge and managed each aspect of the Imtex 2019 for Fine Handling – with innovative ideas in everything from the invitation, prospect orientation campaigns, brochures, web-site updates, newsletters/blogs, social media, videos, stall design and erection at the Expo venue up to the last ‘thank you’ email.
When the Booth almost ran out of Brochures on Day 2
Yuktee’s team got additional quantity of brochures printed in a day that being a Sunday and shipped to the venue. But the best part was the overwhelming response that continued until the very last day.
Small ideas for big impact
In early November, Yuktee designed a signature strip which was used by every employee. The strip highlighting Fine Handling’s theme at the expo and helped increase awareness among all types of visitors.
Prospect orientation
From November to Jan 2019, intelligent reach-out campaigns were planned and executed. The campaigns, which featured videos, brochures and success stories helped to increase Customer’s awareness about the newly developed products by Fine Handling.
